In my home country, Chile, there is an important Constitutional moment right now. On October 25th the people of Chile is going to vote To Allow or To Reject the creation of a new Constitution. The old one was made, door closed, by one of the worst dictator of the world: Augusto Pinochet.

This election was decided after a big social movement that start one year ago, mostly by young and very young people. The march were one by one for over 4 months, and they just stopped because Covid-19. 

Young people ( and some old ignorant dinosaur too), do not believe in election and voting at all. The country, the democracy had failed them so many times, that for them is hard to believe, even they think is a kind of protest. 

Years ago, a Tv show was made. “El reemplazante” took place in one of the poorest neiborhood in Santiago, and the main characters were students who had nothing to lose. Marginalized before they were born, they lived in a world of drugs, bad education, no health insurance, violence and dead. 

The actors behind the main characters create this video. It talks about the process one of them lived from no wanted to vote, and decide to go. It was a social media hit, and the mast sentence, of course full of bad words, was a trending topic on twitter.
